The Role

As Production Team Leader, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of your team, ensuring production targets, quality standards and operational objectives are consistently achieved.

You'll play a key role in driving a high-performance culture, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
