You'll work closely with senior lawyers on a broad mix of contentious and non contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, acting for insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, company directors and major corporates.The team handles complex, high value assignments, including investigations, asset tracing, antecedent transaction claims, and advising on both personal and corporate insolvency processes.
