Learn more at digitashealthldn.com.ResponsibilitiesSenior Account ManagerBuilds on Account Manager experience, taking on elements of Account Director responsibilityUses previous project experience to make informed client recommendations and proactively solve challengesDemonstrates strong understanding of the client’s business to contribute to and critically assess contentConfident in leading more strategic client conversations independentlyAccount ManagementPartner with Project Managers to deliver projects on time, within budget and scopeDevelop strong knowledge of client marketing strategiesIdentify opportunities for account growth through cross-sell and upsellLead client meetings and drive client agendaOwn delivery of high-quality client outputsContribute to brand planning and the creative process in line with strategyProject & Resource ManagementUnderstand resource planning and support accurate allocation of team resourcesWork closely with Project Managers to align on delivery requirementsFinancial ManagementAgree budgets, scope and timelines with clients and internal teamsOversee financial reporting, including trackers for fees and out-of-pocket costsManage purchase orders, invoicing and SOW reconciliationEnsure timely timesheet completion and approval for billingClient & Stakeholder ManagementOwn day-to-day client relationshipsManage stakeholders at all levelsAnticipate risks and challenges, escalating where neededQualificationsProven experience delivering change management programmesStrong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple geographies and at all levelsEffective people manager with line management experienceExperience managing the full project life cycleStrong commercial acumen, including financial and budget managementAbility to identify and drive growth opportunities within accountsSolid understanding of marketing principles and integrated communicationsPrior experience working within an agency environmentSkills & CapabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsConfident working with and influencing senior stakeholdersStrong negotiation and influencing abilities across internal and external teams, both regionally and globallyAbility to identify continuous improvement opportunities using data-led insightsSkilled in building and maintaining relationships across all levels of an organisationDesirableExperience working with global clients and geographically dispersed teamsKnowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical marketFamiliarity with PHCG offerings and toolsAdditional informationDigitas Health offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
