Technical Product Manager (SaaS Platform Engineering) Reigate / WFH to 100kAre you a tech savvy, senior Product Manager with a software engineering background?You could be progressing your career in a hands-on Technical Product Manager role at a global FinTech, enjoying flexible working and a range of benefits.As a Technical Product Manager you'll join a global Platform Team at the heart of a major SaaS transformation. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of products and services, with a focus on authentication and authorisation systems, solving complex business and technical challenges to deliver market leading SaaS solutions for insurance clients.This is a varied, high-impact role offering exposure to a broad range of products, stakeholders and business priorities.Combining strong technical expertise with proven product management experience, you'll own the vision, strategy and roadmap for one or more Platform services, leading a development team to deliver measurable business value. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the technology organisation to identify opportunities, define requirements and prioritise outcomes, balancing user needs with technical feasibility, cost and long term platform strategy.You'll manage the product backlog, sprint goals and delivery priorities, supporting solution design, technical decisions and release management.

Using qualitative and quantitative insights, you'll define product metrics, track ROI and validate assumptions through a test-and-learn approach, ensuring solutions deliver genuine value to the business and its clients.You'll also drive adoption and go-to-market plans, communicate product strategy and delivery progress and champion the Platform across the wider organisation. Alongside creating clear documentation, you'll mentor and coach product colleagues, encourage technical excellence and help teams make informed decisions around delivery trade-offs, technical debt and efficiency.Location / WFH:There's a flexible work from home hybrid model, you'll join colleagues in the Reigate office twice a week for team meet-ups and stakeholder meetings with the other three days work from home.
