Building Services Manager

Our client, a top-tier Main Contractor delivering high-profile Data Centre projects, is looking to appoint a Building Services Manager to lead MEP technical input from preconstruction through to delivery. This is a central, multi-project role — rather than being embedded on a single site, you'll provide MEP design and technical leadership across several live projects at once, with a hybrid working pattern of around 3 days working from home and 2 days on site.
