Design roles do not come much better than this!!!  Our client, a top-tier Main Contractor delivering high-profile Data Centre projects, is looking to appoint a Senior Design Manager to lead CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) design from preconstruction through to delivery. This is a superb opportunity to join a specialist contractor that is making great strides into the Critical Infrastructure market in both the UK and Europe. Senior Design Manager roles & responsibilities: Leading CSA design management on one live project at a time, from preconstruction through to delivery Coordinating designers, subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure design information supports programme and buildability A hybrid working pattern: typically 3 days working from home, 2 days on site Working within a well-resourced project team on a major, live construction schemeSenior Design Manager experience required:  Previous Data Centre build project experience is essential — this is a non-negotiable requirement A strong Design Management background covering both preconstruction and delivery stages, ideally CSA-focused Main contractor background Comfortable managing design risk, coordination and stakeholder input across a live, fast-paced projectSSenior Design Manager remuneration: £95,000 – £110,000 + full package Hybrid working — flexibility to balance home and site The opportunity to lead design on some of the most significant Data Centre projects in the UK, for a business genuinely on the front foot in this sectorThis is a red hot role for a start ASAP.  Want to know more about this opportunity?  Drop me a line at Build Space HQ for full details: (url removed) / (phone number removed)
