Must Have's

* Experience in customer service within hospitality and/or an office, and/or claims handling

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to juggle multiple tasks

* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Instanda, Xero advantageous)

Nice to Have's

* Knowledge of FCA, PRA, regulatory standards

What Will You Be Doing

* Providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, WhatsApp

* Handling FNOL claims efficiently, liaising with internal and external stakeholders

* Updating client documentation and internal records accurately

* Staying informed about product developments and market trends

* Resolving complaints and managing difficult clients professionally

* Supporting operational improvements within the team

* Keeping your line manager updated on your progress and objectives
