Salary: Up to £63,000 per annum

We are seeking an inspiring, dedicated and clinically experienced Registered Manager (RM) to lead a 40-bed nursing home in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care.The successful candidate will combine strong clinical knowledge with excellent leadership, operational management and regulatory compliance skills to ensure the service delivers safe, effective, compassionate and person-centred care.The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of clinical care, resident wellbeing and service quality.Key responsibilities include:

• Providing strong leadership and direction to the nursing and care teams.
• Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations, relevant legislation and professional standards.
