This role is perfect for those working towards their APC, providing the support, mentorship, and variety needed to develop into a Chartered Building Surveyor.
This is an initial 6 month contract with a view of going permanent.

About you Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited) Currently working towards APC with a clear goal to achieve MRICS Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience within a commercial consultancy setting Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively Full UK driving licence What you'll do Support delivery of professional services including dilapidations, condition surveys, and building pathology reports Assist with contract administration and project management tasks Contribute to planned preventative maintenance schedules and reinstatement cost assessments Conduct defect analysis and technical due diligence Work closely with senior team members to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of commercial instructions, progressing towards your APC and chartership For further information on this vacancy, or any other built environment roles in Antrim and Northern Ireland, apply via the link below or contact Cian France in confidence today.
