Assembly Fitter

Job Title: Assembly Fitter Location: Northern Ireland Pay: DOE Duration: Temporary or Permanent Job Summary: Fusion People are actively recruiting for Assembly Fitters to work with their clients production team to put together mechanical parts and components to make sub‑assemblies or complete our final build crushers. (these roles offer on the job training with excellent development and career progression paths) What you'll do: - Align and adjust parts to ensure correct fit, movement, and tolerances - Test assembled units to make sure they function correctly - Install fasteners like bolts, screws, rivets, and pins - Use hand and power tools (spanners, torque wrenches, drills, grinder etc.) - Assemble components such as metal parts, bearings, pipes, or frames - Identify and fix faults or assembly issues - Follow work instructions and specifications to understand how parts should fit together Essential skills and qualities: - Ability to work as part of a team - Knowledge of health and safety procedures - Good communication skills - 'Can do' attitude - Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail - Ability to read and interpret instructions Desirable skills: - Experience in mechanical fitting - Experience of fitting hydraulics If you're interested in this Assembly Fitter position then please apply via the advert with your updated CV and call Aaron on (phone number removed). --- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
