Job Description

• Managing a varied caseload of personal injury claims from instruction through to settlement.
• Delivering robust, high-quality claims handling services and maintaining excellent client care throughout the lifecycle of each matter.
• Conducting liability and quantum investigations, including reviewing evidence, medical records and expert reports.
• Assessing the merits of claims and providing clear, commercially focused recommendations.
• Drafting legal documentation, correspondence and schedules of loss where appropriate.
• Negotiating settlements with insurers, solicitors and other third parties to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
• Identifying litigation opportunities and assisting with the progression of litigated matters where required.
• Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
