Vanta Staffing is recruiting experienced Pickers & Packers to join a busy and well-established fulfilment and distribution operation based in Central Slough.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and preparing customer orders accurately using handheld scanners.

Packing a variety of products securely and efficiently, ensuring orders are ready for dispatch.

Checking products, quantities and order details to maintain high levels of accuracy.

Labelling, sorting and preparing parcels for distribution.

Building and wrapping pallets safely and securely.

Replenishing stock and assisting with general warehouse operations.

Working towards daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.

Keeping workstations clean, organised and compliant with health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

Previous picking and packing experience is essential, ideally within a busy warehouse, fulfilment or distribution environment.

Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems would be advantageous.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy.

Comfortable working in a physically active role, including standing for extended periods and handling goods.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent timekeeping.

Own safety boots and hi-vis clothing are required.

Must have the right to work in the UK.

Pay, Hours & Location

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Location: Central Slough

Working Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on business requirements.

Shift Patterns: 08:00–17:00 

Job Type: Temporary, with shifts subject to operational requirements.
