Counterbalance Forklift Driver 80% FLT / 20% Warehouse Shift: 4 On / 6 Off 12-hour rotating shifts (2 Days / 2 Nights) Salary: £25,000 starting salary £14.46ph pay increase after probation We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team.

This role is 80% forklift driving and 20% warehouse duties, supporting production by ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.Key Responsibilities Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely to transport materials throughout the site Carry out warehouse duties including stock movement, housekeeping, and general operational support Complete material movement transactions using a computer terminal Ensure production lines are supplied with materials to maintain continuous operations Perform routine checks on equipment and report any faults promptly Maintain IT equipment, material handling equipment (MHE), and storage areas Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies Assist with maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Risk Assessments Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organised, and safe Essential Requirements Valid Counterbalance Forklift xwzovoh Truck licence Ability to work a 4 On / 6 Off rotating shift pattern (2 Days / 2 Nights) Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment Good computer skills with the ability to complete system transactions Strong numeracy and literacy skills Experience using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
