We're recruiting a hands-on General Manager to lead a flagship restaurant in The West End . This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where standards, leadership and commercial awareness all need to be on point.
There is also a clear pathway into a future dual-site role , making this a strong long-term move for an ambitious GM.
What You'll Be Doing
Taking full ownership of a high-volume Central London restaurant
Leading, developing and motivating a large team
Driving service standards and guest experience at pace
Managing labour, GP, stock and overall performance
Delivering strong commercial results in a demanding environment
Preparing to step into a multi-site / dual-site role as the business grows
What We're Looking For
Proven General Manager experience in high-volume restaurants
A hands-on, multifaceted operator who can juggle pace, people and performance
Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage large teams
Commercially sharp with solid financial understanding
Someone who thrives in busy, high-pressure Central London sites
Salary package up to £70,000
