Prestonfield House, one of Scotland's most exclusive luxury hotels and holder of the AA's supreme accolade of Five Red Stars, is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie & Breakfast Chef to join its dedicated brigade.
Built in 1687 by the King's architect Sir William Bruce as the private residence of Edinburgh's Lord Provost, Prestonfield today is celebrated for its opulent interiors and historic grandeur. With 18 individually designed bedrooms, 5 luxurious suites, 3 historic private dining rooms, the celebrated Rhubarb restaurant, and the circular Georgian Stables Ballroom, Prestonfield is renowned for its heritage, elegance, and award-winning hospitality.

The on-target earning potential for this role is £42,565 per annum, comprising a base salary of £36,565 plus a substantial share of staff gratuities estimated at £6,000 per annum ( paid monthly)
48 hours per week, working pattern 4 days on 3 days off - 5am - 5pm
