Thefirmisseekinga02yrsPQESolicitorwhoispassionateaboutcriminallawandenjoysattendingpolicestationsandMagistratesCourts,representingclientsatsomeofthemostchallengingandvulnerablemomentsoftheirlives.TherolecombinespolicestationandcourtworkwithamanageableCrownCourtcaseloadofapproximately1020files.thisfirmwillofferthechancetoobtaintheLawSociety'sCriminalLitigationAccreditation,Policestationqualification.

KeyResponsibilities:

Representclientsatpolicestations,attendingbothscheduledandout-of-hoursshifts.
AttendMagistratesCourthearings,providingadvocacyandclientsupport.
ManageagrowingCrownCourtcaseload.
Maintainaccurateandthoroughcasefiles,withregularfilereviews.
Workcollaborativelywithcolleaguesinafast-pacedandhigh-pressureenvironment.

Skills&Experience:

02PQEincriminallaw.
FullPoliceStationAccreditationrequired;DutyAccreditationpreferredbutnotessential.
Genuinecommitmenttocriminallawandclientadvocacy.
Strongorganisationalandanalyticalskills.
Abilitytomanagecompetingprioritiesandworkeffectivelyunderpressure.
