Training & Assurance Administrator

Training & Assurance Administrator / Yeovil / £12.71 per hour Join a leading Aerospace & Defence organisation and support training delivery, record keeping, and assurance/admin activity. This role suits someone with solid admin skills-open to both experienced candidates and those looking to build experience. What you'll do Coordinate training sessions (calendars, invites, joining instructions, attendance) Update training records in Workday (LMS) Support assurance activity (audits/reviews/health checks) and maintain action trackers Prepare documents and basic reporting for governance forums Maintain accurate records, version control and KPI/reporting data (Excel/SharePoint)What we're looking for Admin/coordinator experience (or strong transferable skills) Great organisation and attention to detail Able to juggle deadlines and priorities Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Word/PowerPoint too)This is a 9 month temporary contract Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week Interested?
