Contracts Available Until End of October 2026 (Live-in Available)
An exciting opportunity has become available for experienced Sous Chefs to join a collection of prestigious beachfront hospitality venues in Sandbanks, Poole .
We are seeking passionate culinary professionals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and have strong experience delivering high-quality fresh food service. These seasonal roles offer an immediate start and run through to the end of October 2026, providing the opportunity to work across some of the UKs busiest coastal hospitality destinations.
Positions Available Sous Chefs
Key Responsibilities Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of kitchen operations
Lead kitchen teams during busy service periods
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
Support and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
Work efficiently during peak seasonal trading periods
Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a busy hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of fresh food preparation and kitchen operations
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced service environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexible approach to working hours, including xwzovoh evenings and weekends
Positive, professional, and reliable attitude

Competitive pay of up to £16 per hour
Live-in accommodation available
