• £40,000 - £60,000 OTE (inclusive of salary, bonus, overtime and call out payments)

Ready to level up your career in automotive? Because we're looking for an experienced team player to support the manager in running a busy commercial tyre fitting depot. Do well as Assistant Manager and it won't be long before you're climbing the career ladder with us.

The Day to Day

You'll be a customer service role model and help to coach your team—you'll also deputise for the Manager when needed. From Assistant Manager it's only a small step up to Manager. We're always on the lookout for leaders who can motivate others and use their commercial instincts to drive success.

Who we're looking forWe want to hear from experienced managers and supervisors who understand the value of coaching and developing others. You will have:

• A full UK Driving Licence.
• Management/supervisory experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Customer and team focus.

• Proven ability to drive sales and turnover.
