Location: Hull
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday (6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm)

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a leading and well-established distribution operation in Hull. As Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved while leading and developing a team of warehouse operatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives across all warehouse activities.
• Plan and allocate workloads to ensure operational and customer service targets are met.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance and training where required.
• Ensure all orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
