Food & Beverage Supervisor

From service to supervisor — take your next step in hospitality.

We are looking for a confident and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our food and beverage operation across Old Swan & Minster Mill.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid hospitality experience who is ready to take the next step into supervision, as well as someone who already has some supervisory experience.

You will work across our restaurants, bars, lounges, weddings, events and functions, helping to lead the team on shift and making sure our guests receive a consistently high standard of service.

What you'll do

• Lead food and beverage shifts and support the team during busy service periods.

• Allocate duties and help keep the operation organised.

• Support opening and closing procedures.

• Deal with straightforward guest queries and service issues.

• Support weddings, functions and events.

• Help with stock control, cash handling and reducing waste.

• Support the induction and training of new Team Members.

• Make sure food safety, allergen, licensing, health & safety and cash-handling procedures are followed.

• Run shifts or functions independently when required.
