Location: Bromley (510 min walk from Sundridge Park & Bromley North stations)
Hours: 45 hours per week Term Time Only
Salary: £32,000 pro rata (term time)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join a welcoming early years setting in Bromley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their early years career, whether you are already a Deputy Manager or a Room Leader / Third in Charge ready for progression .
About the Role You will support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting, ensuring high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding for children aged 18 months to 5 years .
You will play a key role in:
Supporting staff and leading practice within the nursery
Ensuring EYFS standards are met at all times
Promoting a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
Supporting planning, observations, and childrens development
Helping to maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
Working Pattern Term Time Only
45 hours per week
Opening hours: 8:00am 4:30pm
Requirements xwzovoh Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Experience in an early years setting
Strong leadership skills or readiness to step up into management
Passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education
Location The nursery is ideally located within a 510 minute walk from Sundridge Park Station and Bromley North Station , making it easily accessible for commuters.
