Supervisor - Immediate Start

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities / Building Supervisor for a highly regarded venue in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. Role: Facilities / Building Supervisor Location: Glasgow City Centre Hours: Thursday - Sunday, 08:00 - 16.45 (32 hours) Salary: 30,020 (which inlcudes weekend allowance) Contract: Min of 6 months (temp) with the view of extension Experience / Skills Required Experience within building/facilities management Knowledge of building security operations and handling issues associated with this Flexible when it comes to working days/hours including working weekends which is essential Key Duties Organising and overseeing the work of staff within the building Providing advice and support to team members to ensure effective performance Managing and resolving routine customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Undertaking daily statutory and non-statutory checks to ensure compliance with health and safety (H&S) policies Maintaining a safe working environment in line with organisational standards and regulations Overseeing function management and monitoring events, including extended working hours and weekends where required Carrying out general maintenance duties and supporting office management tasks Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
