You will be working on a major healthcare project in Central London, with an MEP package valued at £50m, offering a fantastic platform to take ownership and make a real impact. The Role As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the full commercial management of the MEP package, from preconstruction through to completion. You’ll work closely with the project team to ensure strong cost control, risk management, and successful commercial delivery. You will report into an experienced MEP Commercial Manager who has been with the business for over 10 years, providing excellent leadership, support, and stability.
