Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, people-focused Warehouse Manager to lead our mail order fulfilment operation. You will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders, while building a motivated, high-performing team.

House of Bruar is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our established, efficient warehouse team in Ballinluig. As the business continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can build on the strong foundations already in place, drive further improvements, and manage change while maintaining the high standards and service our customers expect Role Purpose Reporting to the Head of Operations and Logistics, the Warehouse Manager is a key member of an energetic, enenthusiastic, and performance-driven management team, operating in a fast-paced, busy and target-driven environment. The role is accountable for the overall performance, KPI delivery and continuous improvement of the Ballinluig warehouse across Goods In, Put-away, Stock Transfers, Mail Order Dispatch, Returns Processing, Grounds and Janitorial, and Logistics. The successful candidate must be a strong operations-focused, decisive and results-driven leader with excellent people-management skills, capable of translating business priorities into effective operational delivery. They must demonstrate flexibility, resilience and a clear commitment to meeting business demands, including the additional hours and working days required during peak trading periods, annual stock checks and other critical operational events.
