NQ Professional Indemnity SolicitorSalary: ExcellentLocation: LondonEstablished National practice with offices in London is seeking an ambitious NQ professional indemnity solicitor (up to 5PQE) to join its excellent specialist Insurance team – the successful candidate will focus on providing Indemnity, Risk and Casualty advice to their highly-rated client-base.This highly regarded team undertakes high-level Insurance and coverage work over all classes of business for an envious client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of Insurance matters – from claims management, coverage disputes and policy wordings to advising on Corporate Casualty claims, organising Client presentations and negotiating with insurers and related recoveries.The ideal candidate will Newly Qualified (or with up to 5PQE) and will have had good experience of dealing with complex contentious insurance matters, with a particular regard for professional indemnity advice.
