About the role
Job Description Construction Solicitor, NQ–2 PQE, London, £80,000–£90,000 (DOE) - Join a highly regarded Projects, Development & Construction team offering high-quality non-contentious work across major development, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects.
Working within a highly regarded specialist construction practice, you will advise an impressive and diverse client base, including developers, property owners and investors, funders, contractors, public institutions, and leading construction consultants. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of major projects, taking on a varied and stimulating caseload from inception through to completion.
You will be involved in drafting and negotiating a broad range of construction, development, and project documentation, advising on procurement, contracting strategies, and providing commercially focused advice throughout the project lifecycle. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors at NQ–2 PQE with experience in a construction or housing practice, ideally with a strong background in non-contentious construction law. You will have experience with standard form construction contracts and exposure to commercial and/or housing development work.
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills are essential in this role, together with commercial awareness, attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
A genuine passion for construction law and a proactive approach to business development will be highly valued.
