Events Operations Manager – Luxury 5 Hotel

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced, passionate and driven Events Operations Manager to lead the Events Operations department within a stunning luxury 5-star hotel. This is a hands-on operational role, responsible for ensuring the smooth and seamless delivery of a wide variety of high-end events including luxury weddings, private dinners, corporate functions, celebrations, seminars and product launches.
As Events Operations Manager, you will lead from the floor, managing and developing the Events Operations team while ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained throughout every event. You will work closely with the Director of Events, Events Sales, Food & Beverage and culinary teams to ensure each event exceeds guest expectations.

The Perks

• Basic salary of £50,880
