You will be dealing with complex capital markets (conventional and Sharia-compliant) and assisting with transaction management, from inception to close, including drafting transaction documents, drafting prospectuses, drafting listing documents and interacting with regulators and listing authorities. You will also be involved in general banking matters and structured products and derivatives mandates. Previous experience of UK, US, Singapore, Australian, Oman, Bahrain, UAE or KSA banking and/or debt capital markets work is essential. This position can be based in either their London, Dubai or Abu Dhabi office. # - Alison Pendleton
