About the role

Cobalt is working with a leading global managing agent to recruit a Fabric Coordinator for one of London's most prestigious mixed-use estates.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the coordination and management side of facilities, rather than being purely hands-on, and wants to develop their career within a highly regarded property business.You'll take responsibility for coordinating building fabric maintenance across the estate, acting as the key link between the onsite team and third-party contractors to ensure works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.Key responsibilities will include:Coordinating planned and reactive fabric maintenance worksOverseeing third-party contractors across the estateScheduling works and ensuring jobs are progressed through to completionMonitoring contractor performance, quality and complianceManaging fabric-related defects and maintenance issuesCarrying out site inspections and following up outstanding actionsLiaising with internal teams, occupiers and contractorsEnsuring works are delivered safely and with minimal disruption across the estateWe're looking for someone with experience within facilities management, building maintenance or fabric services who is organised, confident dealing with contractors and comfortable coordinating multiple jobs at once.You may currently be a Fabric Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator or Fabric Technician looking to move away from the tools and into a more coordination-focused position.This is an excellent opportunity to work on a landmark Central London estate while joining one of the most established names within property and facilities management
