Resident Advisor – Ty Nant Our welcoming residents team at Ty Nant is looking to appoint a Resident Advisor on a permanent basis to join Fresh and help deliver an outstanding place for our residents to live. The Role As a Resident Advisor, you will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis, as part of a collaborative and supportive on-site team. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe and engaging environment for our residents. This includes organising social events, managing both digital (social media) and traditional communications, and supporting day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent customer service via email, phone and face-to-face Creating a vibrant community through events and resident engagement initiatives Supporting reception duties, including welcoming residents and visitors Assisting with administrative tasks, including processing rental payments accurately Building strong relationships with residents, colleagues and the wider team Helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of the building About You We’re looking for someone who is: Friendly, approachable and people-focused Highly organised with strong time management skills Solutions-driven with a positive, proactive attitude Passionate about creating a sense of community and belonging Comfortable balancing customer service and administrative responsibilities If you enjoy working collaboratively and making a genuine difference to people’s daily living experience, this could be the perfect role for you.
