Commercial Solicitor

We are looking for a driven Commercial Solicitor (NQ – 5yr PQE) who will be based in our Glasgow office.

The individual will work within our busy Commercial team, with a diverse client base made up predominantly of Registered Social Landlords and Third Sector entities.

The individual will enjoy an interesting, wide and varied mix of legal work, focussing on drafting negotiating and interpreting commercial agreements while advising on internal policies, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance, working in a small team with significant client contact and autonomy.This role provides a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking for the next step in their career. What we are looking for ….

• Experience of commercial contracts and/or corporate governance
• Strong research skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines to effectively manage case load
• Individuals who understand the need to balance working independently and when to seek appropriate guidance
• An ambitious solicitor who is keen to use their skills to match the needs of our clients and identify and grow areas of work within the department.

Salary is competitive and is dependent on experience.
