Provide compassionate support to children with autism, promoting their participation in daily activities and learning. Assist with implementing individual support plans and encourage positive behaviour and social interaction. Knowledge and understanding of Ofsted guidelines . Compassionate and patient approach to supporting children with autism. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with children, families, and team members. Understanding of autism and its impact on learning and behaviour is advantageous. . Ability to observe, monitor, and report on children’s progress clearly and accurately. Reliable and adaptable with a positive attitude towards personal and professional development.
