We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Legal 500-listed law firm seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Employment Solicitor to join its established and growing Employment Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented employment lawyer to work alongside experienced specialists on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters while building strong client relationships and contributing to the ongoing success of the team.

The Opportunity

As part of a respected employment practice, you will play a key role in advising a diverse client base across a range of sectors. You will work on complex employee relations matters, Employment Tribunal claims, strategic HR issues, and employment aspects of corporate transactions.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to client training, thought leadership initiatives, business development activities, and the delivery of seminars and webinars.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a wide range of employment law and HR matters.
• Managing complex employee relations issues and Employment Tribunal cases.
• Providing practical, commercial, and tailored employment law advice.
• Delivering bespoke training on employee relations, legal developments, best practice, and risk management.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Supporting corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, franchises, and insolvency matters from an employment law perspective.
• Contributing to business development initiatives, marketing activities, newsletters, seminars, and webinars. xwzovoh
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across various practice areas to provide seamless client service.
