Interim Head of Talent Development

A not-for-profit organisation are looking for an Interim Head of Talent Development to join during an excited period of change. The role is based in London with hybrid working. Client Details Not-for-profit London based with hybrid working Description An Interim Head of Talent Development to: - Support the organisation in delivering their new people strategy - Shape how the organisation attract, develop and grow talent - Build skills in leadership capability - Lead the talent development function including L&D, Recruitment, OD and ED&I specialists - Support with organisational performance and future needs - Provide leadership to the team to develop a collaborative approach - Develop and deliver talent and development initiatives - Identity organisational needs and partner with the team to develop and deliver strategic priorities and initiatives - Design frameworks around leadership and capability - Oversee initiatives around candidate attraction, talent management, succession planning and high potentials - Develop early careers programs for apprenticeships and graduates - The role has a bigger focus on developing an academy to approach how the organisation can attract apprentices and graduates and design / deliver an apprenticeship framework to embed them into the organisation Profile An Interim Head of Talent Development with: - Previous experience in leading L&D, OD, Recruitment and ED&I initiatives - Previous experience working in a regulated environment - CIPD qualified, ideally level 7 - Strong leadership and line management experience - Experience of leading cultural transformation programmes Job Offer Interim Head of Talent Development London based with hybrid working Start at short notice Up to £640 per day
