You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems and services through advanced troubleshooting, automation, and monitoring, while working closely with development teams. Your proficiency in end-to-end operations, system reliability, and scalability will position you as a vital contributor to your team's operational success.\ NJob responsibilities\ N\nDesign, develop, and implement robust software solutions, applying creative problem-solving to optimize system reliability and performance.\ NDevelop and maintainautomation tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations to reduce manual intervention.\ NMonitor system performance, proactively address potential issues, and troubleshoot complex production incidents.\ NImplements infrastructure, configuration, and network as code for the applications and platforms.\ NUnderstands service level indicators and utilizes service level objectives to proactively resolve issues before they impact customers\ NCollaborate with development teams and stakeholders to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.\ NUtilize service level indicators and objectives to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact customers.\ NDocument processes, share knowledge, and contribute to communities of practice and emerging technologies.\ NFoster a team culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect.\ N\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\ N\nExperience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.\ NStrong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\ NSolid understanding of agile practices, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.\ NProficient in at least one programming language (e.G., Python, Java/Spring Boot, .NET).\ NExperience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).\ NStrong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.\ NExperience with observability and monitoring tools (e.G., Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk).\ NFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (e.G., Jenkins, GitLab) and container orchestration (e.G., Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).\ NUnderstanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.\ NStrong communicationskills with the ability to present information clearly and work independently or in teams.\ N\nProactive in identifying and overcoming obstacles, with a passion for learning and innovation.\ N\n\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\ N\nExperience with large-scale distributed systems.\ NKnowledge of networking and security best practices.\ NStrong communicationand collaboration skills \ N\nABOUT US\nJ.P.
