What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the hands-on development of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions across complex enterprise programmes.
  • Translate solution designs into high-quality, maintainable technical implementations.
  • Build and extend Dataverse-based solutions using plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls, and Power Platform components.
  • Ensure solutions are engineered for performance, scalability, and long-term supportability.
  • Develop and support integration between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and wider enterprise systems.
  • Build solutions using Azure services such as Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and API Management.
  • Implement secure, reliable data exchange patterns across multiple platforms.
  • Support event-driven and API-led architectures in real-world enterprise environments.
  • Act as the senior technical voice within delivery teams.
  • Guide developers and consultants on implementation approaches and best practices.
  • Review code, enforce standards, and improve overall engineering quality.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects to ensure designs are technically feasible and well executed.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE development (plugins, custom APIs, JavaScript, PCF).
  • Solid understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Experience integrating Microsoft solutions with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management).
  • Strong coding background in C# and modern .NET development.
  • Understanding of ALM, DevOps pipelines, and environment management.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between architecture and hands-on engineering.
  • Confidence working directly with architects, stakeholders, and clients.
