Payroll & Benefits Process Lead - £500-600 per day plus holiday pay - 6 months - Canary Wharf

My client are a market leader in their field and at the forefront of innovation and capability.

Currently they are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Process Owner to join them on a 6 month assignment initially.

To be considered successful, the ideal applicant must -

• have a proven track record of delivering on payroll projects as the Payroll and Benefits SME
• have a deep knowledge of UK payroll
• be flexible to work from the office 2 days per week
• have worked across such project remits encompassing payroll governance, compliance, risk management and process ownership
• enjoy working as an extension of the HR team reporting into Reward
• be available on a short notice
• be happy to work on a PAYE basis or fixed term contract
• have proven ability to build strong stakeholder engagement in the continuous improvement of the payroll and benefits function
