Power Press Setter

MCR are currently looking for an experienced Power Press Setter for our busy client in Halesowen.
Will be required to set presses upto 200ton.
Set press tools including forming, piercing, cropping and progression/follow through tooling.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to power press settings, tooling or production quality.
Carry out routine quality checks to ensure components meet required tolerances and engineering drawings. (Using Vernier’s, callipers, plug gauges and height gauges).
General maintenance of power presses.
Must hold valid PUWER / ROSPA Cert.
Rate of Pay: £18.75ph.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm, 12pm finish on Fridays. Overtime after 39 hours paid at time and a half.
