Assistant Building Manager

Catch 22 are working with a leading property management organisation to recruit an Assistant Building Manager for a prestigious commercial office development based near Trafford. Working alongside the Senior Building Manager, you'll help deliver exceptional facilities management, contractor performance, tenant engagement and health & safety compliance across the estate. What You'll Be Doing Managing hard and soft service contractors Supporting planned and reactive maintenance activities Building strong relationships with occupiers and tenants Conducting site inspections and health & safety audits Assisting with budgets, service charges and supplier performance reviews Supporting projects and minor works across the site What We're Looking For Facilities Management experience within a commercial environment IOSH Managing Safely (essential) Good understanding of contractor management Knowledge of hard and soft FM services Strong communication and organisational skills Proactive, professional and customer-focused approach Role details £32,000 salary Bonus scheme Monday to Friday Excellent career development opportunities Well-respected property management business Apply or contact Laura Hastings by email for more information
