The role

You’ll manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.

This includes:

• 
  
• Managing tenancies and tenant/landlord relationships

Handling maintenance issues from start to resolution

Coordinating contractors

Carrying out property inspections

Managing check-outs and deposit negotiations

Ensuring compliance (Gas Safety, EPC, EICR etc.)

What we’re looking for

• 
  
• Around 12+ months’ experience in lettings or property management

Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with clients

A strong sense of customer service

Someone who takes pride in doing things properly

Full UK driving licence

(ARLA/NAEA qualifications are a bonus, not essential.)

Salary & Benefits

• £30,400 basic + £1,000 annual bonus (OTE £31,400)

Salary negotiable depending on experience
