As part of the Homesense Marketing team, the role will contribute to the strategic planning and execution of all Homesense marketing activity, whilst partnering with TK Maxx teams on dual brand communications.Working closely with Homesense Marketing Managers, the Creative Team, and Centres of Expertise, the successful candidate will ensure campaigns are integrated across channels, delivered effectively, and aligned with business and brand objectives. This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful execution of customer-centric marketing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the wider team with campaign planning and delivery to ensure campaigns are well-integrated, delivered on time and to budget.Support Comms and Marketing Managers in the execution of the wider marketing strategy and deliver varied projects to meet defined business objectives.Create clear and robust creative briefs.

Developing ideas and building strategies with both the internal Creative Team and external agencies, whilst continually monitoring output and performance.Track and report the effectiveness of all campaigns and projects, sharing actionable insights with the wider business.Share key product and trend information with relevant marketing teams.Partner with other functions across the business to ensure alignment on both key business and team strategic objectives  Ensure progress on campaigns is clearly and regularly communicated, appropriately raising any issues in time for necessary action to be taken.Lead regular campaign status meetings.
