Monday – Friday 9am-6pm

We are looking for a first-class Lettings Administrator to join our client who are one of London’s leading estate agents on a 1year Maternity cover contract

Your extensive property experience is what sets you apart and is important for this role, along with your great work ethic and winning personality.

You will be working in beautiful offices moments from Oxford Street, this office covers central London's prime residential areas. Working as part of the lettings team you will be required to manage and progress the paperwork for new lettings deals from the point of an offer being agreed through to successful move in.

The ideal candidate will have a background working as an Administrator, either within the residential property industry or within a sales environment and must therefore be used to working with defined timescales and deadlines. You will also require a close attention to detail, with the confidence and ability to communicate with people at all levels in a friendly and professional manner. It would be beneficial but not essential to have the ARLA level 3 qualification.
