Benefits for the successful Warranty Claims Assessor: Competitive basic salary up to £32,500 with earnings up to £34,100 OTE Monday to Friday working hours, 8.30am – 5.30pm Up to 1 Saturday work per month (9am – 4pm) 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme included Modern office environment with onsite parking Monthly social events fostering team cohesion Career progression opportunities within a reputable organisationDuties as a Warranty Claims Assessor will include: Assess warranty repair claims using industry-specific software Liaise with workshops and customers via telephone, email, and internal systems Verify repair costs, diagnose causes for mechanical and electrical failures Ensure accuracy of parts and labour costs, sourcing reconditioned or refurbished parts when appropriate Process customer contributions for repairs Maintain knowledge of warranty cover levels and procedures Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally Comply with GDPR and data protection regulations Perform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements for the Warranty Claims Assessor position: Automotive or mechanical background with experience as a service advisor, technician, or engineer Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of warranty procedures, claims processing, and industry software Proficiency in CRM systems and repair management tools Organised with attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage repairs efficiently and accuratelyThis is a perfect opportunity for service advisors, vehicle technicians, or engineers seeking a unique role in the automotive warranty sector.
