A 300 strong national consultancy with a 120 strong main hub in London which specliaise in healthcare and commercial projects  are looking to add a Mechanical Engineer to each team.This consultancy are the epitome of work life balance, working from home two days a week indefinitely going forward, a 35 hour working week, regular charity fundraisers and a fantastic benefits package.Along with all of this, they win multiple awards for their training and development schemes at the CIBSE award nights every year, meaning they have some of the best young talent in the industry which helps them to deliver some of the most exciting projects in the UK today.You can expect to achieve a salary of between £45,000 and £60,000 for these opportunities and a clear progression path.This consultancy are partner lead, meaning you'll be working with the business leaders on a day to day basis and the opportunity to become a partner long term.Candidates should have:Chartered status or working towardsStrong technical knowledge in primary engineering discipline and relevant UK and applicable EU regulations, design guides, etcManage projects to avoid technical and commercial riskIT literate with an understanding of relevant IT packages i.e. Revit, IES and Microsoft officeExcellent written and spoken English skillsExcellent organisational and planning skills to effectively work to timescales and deadlinesAble to develop effective relationships with well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills
