Production Operative

New Resource Recruitment are currently recruiting for Production Operatives across Wiltshire and Somerset, with both temporary and permanent opportunities available. We have a number of roles available with immediate starts for suitable candidates. Locations We Are Recruiting In We are particularly looking for candidates based in or around: * Melksham * Trowbridge * Westbury * Warminster * Frome The Role As a Production Operative, your duties may include: * Operating assembly line equipment and machinery * Assembling, packing, and labeling products to high standards * Quality checking finished goods and identifying defects * Supplying raw materials to production lines * Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment * Working towards daily production targets * Following strict health, safety, and hygiene guidelines Working Hours Candidates must be happy and flexible to work shifts, including: * 06:00 – 14:00 * 14:00 – 22:00 Additional shift patterns may be available depending on the site and role.
