• Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of customer goods.
• Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team to achieve high standards of safety, productivity and customer service.
• Plan labour resources to meet operational demands while controlling labour costs and overtime.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement improvements to maximise efficiency and service levels.
• Ensure stock accuracy through effective inventory management, cycle counting and regular stock audits.
