An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor / Senior Associate to join its growing team in Swansea.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong solicitor with at least 7 years' post qualification experience to become part of a respected practice known for delivering clear, practical advice and building long term client relationships. The firm has developed a strong reputation across South Wales for its client focused approach, breadth of expertise and commitment to exceptional service.

The successful candidate will manage a varied private client caseload, advising individuals, families and high net worth clients on a broad range of matters including wills, estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney, Court of Protection work and succession planning. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy while also working closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex matters.

The private client team is a well established part of the business and is recognised for developing lasting relationships with clients, often acting as trusted advisers across generations. The firm places particular emphasis on providing compassionate, straightforward advice during significant life events and sensitive circumstances.

Applicants should demonstrate:

A minimum of 7 years' PQE in private client matters

Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning

Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision

Excellent client care and relationship building skills

A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving
