Lead Risk Pricing Analyst - Personal Lines Motor

Reference: MMLRPA1409_ I am working with a leading UK insurer looking for a Lead Risk Pricing Analyst to join their pricing team.The role will focus on managing and delivering pricing projects, using sophisticated actuarial and statistical techniques to develop recommendations that increase volume and profit. You will be responsible for developing, validating and reviewing predictive and machine learning models, maintaining pricing models and datasets, and supporting their deployment into the live environment.You will also play a key role in building pricing capability within the team, including managing, coaching and developing Pricing Analysts and Senior Pricing Analysts. The role will involve significant stakeholder exposure, with the opportunity to influence senior management and contribute to the strategic direction of the Risk Pricing function.The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years' experience in insurance pricing, strong predictive modelling experience across GLMs, Logistic Regression and GBMs, and proficiency in tools such as SAS and Databricks.
