Import Export Coordinator

Are you experienced in export operations or ocean freight, confident with documentation, and great with customers? We're hiring an Export Coordinator to join a high-performing supply chain team within a global FMCG leader. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced logistics work, owns their processes, and communicates with clarity and confidence. What you'll be doing

• Managing export bookings across the UK & EU
• Creating accurate export shipping documentation
• Sales order creation etc
• Tracking & tracing global shipments
• Liaising with carriers, load sites & internal teams
• Ensuring full compliance and complete auditable files
• Handling customer queries with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
• Keeping data accurate across systems

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years' experience in import and export, freight forwarding, or ocean logistics
• Experience with SAP and excel essential
• Confident communicator, organised, and detail-focused
• Comfortable owning customer operational relationship
• Strong in detail, accuracy, and documentation
• Able to handle complexity and multiple orders
• Fluent English & strong MS Office skills
